Meg Jakubik

Meg Jakubik, CGFO, has over 18 years of experience working in government, having served in various departments through her career, including the Police Department, Secretary’s Office, City Manager’s Office, and Finance.

As the Director of Budget & Strategy, she is responsible for coordinating the budget process and strategic planning projects, while also supervising Grants, Facilities, and Fleet operations for the Town of Flower Mound.

Meg has been a member of the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT) and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) since 2012 and earned her Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) designation in 2014 (GFOAT). She currently serves as the Secretary and the GFOA Representative for GFOAT on the Board, is a member of the Program Committee and instructor for the GFOAT Budget Academy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas.

Tammy Blake is a public finance professional specializing in government budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, with a strong commitment to transparency and accountability in government.

As a Budget Analyst for the City of Boca Raton, Tammy plays a key role in developing and analyzing departmental budgets, supporting long-range financial planning, and contributing to the City’s GFOA Award Winning Annual Budget and Capital Improvements Program.

Tammy is actively engaged with the Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA), where she serves as a committee chair and as a board director for her local FGFOA chapter. Through this leadership, she supports professional development, collaboration, and best practices within the public finance community.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University, along with a graduate certificate in Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
