Budget Director, County of Will, Illinois
ReShawn brings over 20 years of experience in financial operations, budgeting, and performance management across both the public and private sectors. As Budget Director for Will County, Illinois, she oversees the development and monitoring of the county’s annual budget and long-term capital planning, ensuring fiscal transparency and strategic alignment across departments.
