About the NACo FSC & ClearGov Partnership

The National Association of Counties (NACo) Financial Services Corporation’s mission is to deliver sustainable, cost-saving, and value-added solutions to counties. To achieve this, we partner with providers of financial, employee benefit, and technology solutions that offer innovative, cost-effective,  and value-added technology and services to help county governments operate more efficiently and create new revenue.

Each of our NACo FSC partners is evaluated against our comprehensive due-diligence process, which  includes criteria such as:

• Leadership team

• Commitment to NACo’s mission and serving the public sector

• Infrastructure and ability to service county governments

• Public sector client satisfaction

• Overall financial health and market trajectory

• Ongoing commitment and investment in resources and membership engagement

• Mid to long-term strategic plan

In early 2022, NACo FSC entered into a strategic partnership with budget software provider ClearGov and has endorsed its Budget Cycle Management software as a best practice in budget planning,  efficiency, and transparency for American counties.

ClearGov’s commitment to modernizing the government budgeting process with affordable, easy-to-use software has saved counties countless hours by streamlining and automating the annual budget process.

NACo is proud to partner with ClearGov and other providers that understand our mission and are  committed to “strengthening America’s counties.”
