ClearGov Service Agreement for Subscriptions
If you are a local government agency who subscribes or is considering subscribing to one or more of ClearGov’s subscription services, then one or more of the following Service Agreements applies to your Service Order. The BCM Service Agreement provides the terms and conditions for the license of ClearGov Budget Cycle Management solutions including, but not limited to: ClearPlans, Operational Budgeting, Personnel Budgeting, Capital Budgeting, Digital Budget Book, Digital Financial Reporting, Capital Planning & Reporting and Transparency. The ClearForms Service Agreement provides the terms and conditions for the license of ClearGov’s ClearForms solution.
BCM Service Agreement
This BCM Service Agreement is referenced in the ClearGov Service Order. This BCM Service Agreement, along with one or more signed Service Orders constitute the complete terms and conditions for access to and license of the ClearGov Budget Cycle Management subscription services.
ClearForms Service Agreement
This ClearForms Service Agreement is referenced in the ClearGov Service Order. This ClearForms Service Agreement, along with one or more signed Service Orders constitute the complete terms and conditions for access to and license of the ClearGov ClearForms subscription services.
Public Website Terms and Conditions
NOTICE: The following documents do NOT apply to local governments who are subscribing to ClearGov services. They are only applicable to visitors to the ClearGov public Website.
The following documents apply to users and visitors of the ClearGov Website, which is publicly available via the following URL: www.ClearGov.com (the “ClearGov Website”). If you are visiting or using the ClearGov Website, then you agree to be bound by the following documents.
