We are using Capital Budgeting to track our projects so our council can read them and we can see, start-to-finish, where it’s at, how far it’s been, how it’s being funded, what department head is taking care of it, and who to contact if you have questions. Citizens can also easily see where we’re at on a lot of these big projects that they’ve been seeing more and more in town.
