This year’s theme, “ForwardTogether,” resonates deeply with us here at ClearGov. Aside from being a time and resource suck, manual processes are also highly prone to human error. And because staff is forced to spend so much time reconciling manual work, data is not available to decision makers in real-time, which can lead to less informed decisions and inaccuracies.
